摘要
目的探讨集束干预策略在社区老年抑郁症防治中的作用。方法采用老年抑郁量表(GDS短表)对某一小区老人进行抑郁症筛查,对入选人员实施为期3个月的集束干预策略,并对干预前后的GDS评分进行比较分析。结果干预后GDS评分显著低于干预前。结论在社区进行GDS的筛查和实施集束干预策略是防治老年人抑郁症的一种有效、简洁可行的方法。
Objectives： Discuss the effects of bundle care strategy in the prevention and treatment of geriatric depression.Methods： The Geriatric Depression Scale（GDS） was administered on the senior citizens in a community.A three-month bundle care was given to included subjects,and their scores of the scale before and after the intervention were compared and analyzed.Results： The GDS scores after intervention were significantly lower than those before it.Conclusions： Screening geriatric depression with GDS and intervening with bundle care strategy in communities are effective and feasible for the prevention and treatment of the disease.
