综合性心理干预对飞行人员睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Psychological Intervention on Sleep Quality in Aircrew with Sleep Disorder.

目的探讨综合心理干预对飞行人员睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量的影响。方法将入选的118例飞行人员分为干预组60例和对照组58例,对干预组进行综合性心理干预,时间为一个疗养周期(30天),对照组不进行心理干预,应用匹兹保睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表。评价干预前后两组飞行人员的睡眠质量,并将结果进行组内及组间对照。结果①心理干预前(入院时)两组飞行人员PSQI总分和各成分得分无统计学差异(t=0.91,1.56,0.38,-0.95,0.83,-0.55,1.03,1.88;P>0.05);②心理干预后(出院前)干预组飞行人员的PSQI总分、入睡时间、睡眠时间及日间功能障碍的得分显著低于对照组(t=-4.83,-7.05,-9.37,-2.04;P<0.01或0.05)及干预前(t=-6.55,-5.92,-6.69,-4.31;P<0.01);③对照组前后测的各量表得分无显著变化(t=-6.55,-5.92,-6.69,-4.31;P>0.05)。结论综合性心理干预能有效地改善飞行人员睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological intervention on sleep quality in aircrew with sleep disorder.Methods A total of 118 aircrew with sleep disorder were divided into the intervention group（60 cases）and the control group（58 cases）.Comprehensive psychological intervention was performed on intervention group,time for a convalescent period（30 days）,and no psychological intervention was performed on control group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale（PSQI）was used to evaluate sleep quality of the two groups before and after intervention.Results ①There were no significant differences between two groups in the score of PSQI before comprehensive psychological intervention（t=0.91,1.56,0.38,-0.95,0.83,-0.55,1.03,1.88;P0.05）.②After intervention,the total score of PSQI,score of Sleep Latency Sleep Duration and Daytime Dysfunction were significantly lower than those of control group（t=-4.83,-7.05,-9.37,-2.04;P0.05）and before intervention（t=-6.55,-5.92,-6.69,-4.31;P0.01）.③There were no significant differences between pretest and posttest score in control group（t=-6.55,-5.92,-6.69,-4.31;P0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can improve sleep quality of aircrew with sleep disorder.
