摘要
目的调查南昌市三甲医院护理人员的心理健康和职业倦怠状况,探讨心理健康水平与职业倦怠的关系,为提高护士群体的心理健康水平和工作效能提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样法,选取南昌市448名三甲医院护士为研究对象,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和职业倦怠量表(MBI)进行研究,使用SPSS16.0软件进行数据处理与分析。结果被试在躯体化(t=3.689,P<0.001)、焦虑(t=4.193,P<0.001)、抑郁(t=2.952,P<0.001)、敌对(t=2.896,P<0.01)和人际敏感(t=2.569,P<0.05)因子上,与全国常模的差异有统计学意义。情绪衰竭处于中度水平,情感淡漠处于轻度水平,个人成就感处中度水平,情感淡漠(t=2.531,P<0.05)和情绪衰竭(t=2.403,P<0.05)对心理健康水平有影响。结论南昌市三甲医院的护士群体在躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、敌对和人际敏感等因子上低于国内平均水平,总体上该群体的心理健康水平低于全国平均水平;且该群体情绪衰竭处于中度水平、个人成就感较低,其职业倦怠状况不容乐观;护士群体的情感淡漠和情绪衰竭对心理健康水平有较好的预测作用。
Objective To investigate nurses' mental health and job burnout status in third-class A hospitals in Nanchang and explore their relationship,and provide the reference for improving the mental health and work efficiency of nurses.Methods Used cluster sampling method,selected 448 nurses from third grade of first-class hospitals of Nanchang as the research object,Used Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and job burnout scale(MBI)for research,the data were processed and analyzed by SPSS 16.0.Results There were statistically significant in somatization(t=3.689,P0.001),anxiety(t=4.193,P0.001),depression(t=2.952,P0.001),hostility(t=2.896,P0.01)and interpersonal sensitivity(t=2.569,P0.05).Emotional exhaustion was in moderate level,the emotional indifference in mild level,personal achievement place moderate level,Emotional indifference(t=2.531,P0.05)and emotional exhaustion(t=2.403,P0.05)had influence for the mental health level.Conclusion The situation of mental health and job burnout of nurses are not optimistic,and the emotional indifference and emotional exhaustion have good prediction effect on mental health level.
