摘要 目的了解高校青年教师的职业倦怠、生存质量、自我和谐状况,并探讨职业倦怠与生存质量、自我和谐的关系。方法采用职业倦怠量表、生存质量问卷和自我和谐量表对186名高校青年教师进行测评。结果①63.5%的高校青年教师存在职业倦怠,但是程度并不严重(x-=2.54),并受其教龄、职称(t=-1.83,F=2.83,P<0.01)的影响;②高校青年教师的生存质量对其职业倦怠有预测作用(F=59.41,P<0.01);③高校青年教师的职业倦怠与其自我和谐各因子相关非常显著(r=-0.408,0.548,0.209,-0.211;P<0.01);结论高校青年教师职业倦怠现象较为普遍但并不严重,并与其生存质量、自我和谐高度相关。 Objective To understand the states of job burnout,quality of life and self harmonious of young teachers in universities and their relationship.Methods The job burnout scale,quality of life questionnaire and self harmonious scales were used to evaluate 186 young teachers in universities.Results ① More than 63.5% young teachers in universities had job burnout,but did not reach to serious degree.The average score of their job burnout was 2.54,and it was influenced by its seniority,professional titles(t=-1.83,F=2.83,P0.01).② Quality of life could be used to predict job burnout of young teachers in universities(F=59.41,P0.01).③ Job burnout of young teachers in universities had significant relationship with self harmonious factors(r=-0.408,0.548,0.209,-0.211;P0.01).Conclusion Job burnout of young teachers in universities is widespread but not serious,and it has highly relevant of quality of life and self harmonious.
