摘要
目的探讨积极心理学取向的团体辅导干预留守儿童心理韧性与主观幸福感的效果。方法采用问卷法对7~9年级部分班级学生进行调查,筛选被试并分为同质的两个小组,干预组进行积极心理学取向的团体辅导并进行后测。对照组不进行干预并进行后测。结果①对照组前后测结果没有显著差异。目标专注(t=-1.92,P>0.05)、情绪控制(t=-1.15,P>0.05)、积极认知(t=-1.40,P>0.05)、家庭支持(t=-1.46,P>0.05)、人际协助(t=-0.49,P>0.05)、心理韧性(t=-1.75,P>0.05)和主观幸福感(t=-1.65,P>0.05);②干预组前后测心理韧性与主观幸福感差异显著。目标专注(t=-2.77,P<0.05)、情绪控制(t=-2.42,P<0.05)积极认知(t=-2.08,P<0.05),家庭支持(t=-2.01,P<0.05)、人际协助(t=-2.35,P<0.05)、心理韧性(t=-2.15,P<0.05)和主观幸福感(t=-2.48,P<0.05)。结论积极心理学取向的团体辅导干预对留守儿童的心理韧性和主观幸福感具有良好效果。
Objective To explore the effect of group intervention on resilience and subjective well-being of left-behind children.Methods To investigate students of grade 7 to 9,to filter appropriate subjects for group intervention,and conduct to post-test.Results ①There was not a significant difference between pretest and post-test on controlled group.Goal planning(t=1.85,P0.05),feeling-control(t=0.14,P0.05),positive thinking(t=1.44,P0.05),family support(t=-0.12,P0.05),interpersonal assistance(t=1.33,P0.05),resilience(t=1.55,P0.05)and subjective well-being(t=-0.93,P0.05).②There were significant differences between pretest and post-test on experimental group.Goal planning(t=-2.13,P0.05),feeling-control(t=-2.42,P0.05),positive thinking(t=-2.08,P0.05),family support(t=-2.01,P0.05),interpersonal assistance(t=-2.35,P0.05),resilience(t=-2.15,P0.05)and subjective well-being(t=-2.48,P0.05).Conclusion Group intervention of positive psychology has much effect on resilience and subjective well-being.
