摘要
目的了解海口市高中生心理健康水平及其人格因素,探索高中生心理健康的影响因素,为促进高中生心理健康教育、以及对心理问题早期干预提供依据。方法采用多级整群抽样方法,随机抽取海口市4所中学高中学生626名,应用自编的个人情况问卷,症状自评量表(SCL-90)及艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行测试,所得数据用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计分析。结果 3个年级在SCL-90躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性及其它等8个因子方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05),EPQ在掩饰性因子方面存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。SCL-90及EPQ结果在性别项、是否重点学校项、是否独生子女项、父母收入项存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。上网时间在SCL-90测试结果中可能为人际敏感项和精神病项的危险因素(OR=2.346,2.636);与父关系为抑郁项的危险因素(OR=1.700)。结论高中学生心理健康状况及人格因素存在差别,部分学生存在心理问题,心理健康状况与多种因素相关。
Objective To learn about the mental health status and personality factors among high school students in Haikou city,explore influencing factors of mental health of high school students,and provide reference to improve mental health education of high school students and early intervention.Methods According to the cluster random stratified sample method,we randomly selected four middle school in Haikou city,total 626 high school students were enrolled in the survey with the self-made questionnaire,"SCL-90"and "EPQ",The results were analyzed by using SPSS 13.0.Results The results of the three grades in SCL-90 showed significant differences(P0.05)such as somatization,depression,anxiety,compulsion,hostility,paranoia,psychotic and other 8 factors,The concealment factor of the three grades showed significant difference in EPQ(P0.05).There were significant differences in SCL-90 and EPQ between different gender,whether the key school,the one-child parents income of high school students(P0.05).Using internet time may be the risk factors of interpersonal sensitivity and psychotic study in SCL-90(OR=2.346,2.636);and parent relations for depression risk factor(OR=1.700).Conclusion There are great differences among high school students in the aspects of mental health and personality factors,Some students have psychological problems,psychological problems are associated with a number of factors.
