菏泽市中小学生心理健康状况调查报告

Mental Health Condition of Primary and Secondary School Students in Heze

目的了解菏泽市中小学生的心理健康状况。方法使用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对菏泽市6所中小学的1974名学生进行测试。结果①心理健康问题检出率为2.0%,其中学习焦虑的阳性检出率排在首位(58.3%);②独生子女与非独生子女之间的心理健康状况存在显著差异(t=-3.649,P<0.01);③心理健康状况在性别上存在显著差异(t=-5.952,P<0.01),男生低于女生;④心理健康状况在家庭来源上也存在显著差异(t=-3.128,P<0.01),且城镇学生得分低于农村学生;⑤小学生、初中生和高中生在心理健康状况上存在显著差异(F=43.439,P<0.01),且小学生的心理健康状况好于中学生。结论菏泽市中小学生的心理健康状况较好,且独生子女、男生、城镇学生、小学生的心理健康状况较好。

Objective To understand the mental health condition of primary and secondary school students in Heze.Methods A total of 1974 students of Heze answered the MHT.Results ① The detection rate of mental health problem of students was 2.0% and the learning anxiety was the first（58.3%）;② The mental health condition of only child was better than that of non-only child（t=-3.649,P0.01）;③ The mental health condition of boys was better that of girls（t=-5.952,P0.01）;④ The mental health condition of urban students was better than that of rural students（t=-3.128,P0.01）;⑤ The mental health condition of pupils was better than that of high school students（F=43.439,P0.01）.Conclusion The mental health condition of primary and secondary school students is good,and the mental health condition of only child,boys,urban students,pupils are better.
