中医目诊的研究进展与评述

Research Progress and Review of Eye Diagnosis of Chinese Medicine

综述了近30年来中医目诊的研究进展并对其进行了评述。中医目诊的理论依据是目是五脏六腑的缩影,目与脏腑经络的密切关系;眼分五轮八廓,分属于脏腑;及现代生物全息理论、虹膜诊断理论的进一步支撑。其研究进展主要体现在:一是对《内经》、《伤寒杂病论》、《小儿药证直决》、《景岳全书》等经典著作中目诊文献资料进行整理发掘;二是在临床上将中医目诊应用到消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、乙型肝炎、肝癌、子宫肌瘤、大肠癌、糖尿病、高血压病、甲状腺功能亢进症、腰椎间盘突出症等疾病的诊断中。现代虹膜诊断和球结膜微循环诊察虽然丰富中医目诊方法和内容,但目诊仍存在有些理论如八廓学说尚有待进一步的临床验证;缺乏多中心、大样本的临床研究等一些问题。

This paper summarized and reviewed research progress of eye diagnosis of Chinese medicine for nearly 30 years.The theoretical basis of eye diagnosis of Chinese medicine was the epitome of five Zang and six Fu.Eyes had the close relationship of the Zang-fu organs and meridians.Eye was divided into five Lun and eight Kuo,corresponding to Zang-fu organs.And according to modern biological holographic theory,iris diagnostic theory supported that further.The research progress was reflected in three aspects： one was Neijing,Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases,Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue,Jingyue Quanshu and other classic literatures in the eye diagnosis for finishing excavation;the second was in clinic diagnosis of Chinese medicine orders would be applied to the diagnosis of peptic ulcer,chronic gastritis,hepatitis B,liver cancer,uterine fibroids,colon cancer,diabetes,hypertension,thyroid function of the hyperthyroidism,prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,etc.Modern iris diagnosis and bulbar conjunctiva microcirculation examination enriched methods and contents of eye diagnosis of Chinese medicine,but still some theories of eye diagnosis such as the eight profile theory remained to be further clinical verification and were lack of multicenter and large sample clinical research and so on.
