摘要
黄芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略》,为临床常用方剂。此方由黄芪、芍药、桂枝、生姜、大枣组成,功效为益气温经和血通痹。许多神经痛都属于中医痹症,如末梢神经炎,酒精性周围神经病变,化疗诱发的神经痛,压迫所致的根性神经病,痛性糖尿病周围神经病变等。目前此方及其加减方在临床治疗神经痛已取得较广泛应用,现将其近5年来的临床应用结果进行分析整理,探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗神经痛的临床运用可行性。
Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(HQGZWWD),a traditional Chinese medicine edited in Jinkui Yaolue,is a commonly used prescription to supplement Qi,warm Yang and harmonize blood and treat arthralgia.Some kinds of neuropathic pain could be defined as arthralgia in TCM,such as peripheral neuritis,neuropahtic pain induced by chemotherapeutics,radicular neuropathy,diabetic peripheral neuropathy and so on.In recent years,lots of clinical studies on neuropahtic pain treated with HQGZWWD were issued,HQGZWWD has certain effects on neuropahtic pain and predominates in the integral medication of multi-factorial,multi-target action.In this paper,the experimental studies concerning the effects of HQGZWWD on neuropahtic pain in recent 5 years were reviewed.
