滋阴活血方对糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠血清炎症相关因子表达的影响

Effect of Ziyin Huoxue Prescription on Serum Inflammatory Factors in Rats with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:观察探讨滋阴活血方对糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠血清炎症相关因子表达的影响。方法:对SD大鼠尾静脉注射4.5%链脲菌素诱导糖尿病模型。将糖尿病大鼠随机分为模型对照组、多贝斯治疗组、滋阴活血组,灌胃治疗6周。于治疗后采取各组大鼠采取尾静脉血,离心后测定血清中白介素6型(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果:喂养6周后,模型组、多贝斯组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。滋阴活血方灌胃组大鼠TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平可见明显低于糖尿病模型组(P<0.05),均有不同程度的下降。结论:滋阴活血方可对糖尿病视网膜病变大鼠全身的炎症反应起到一定的控制作用。

Objective： To elevate the effect of Ziyin Huoxue prescription on the serum inflammatory factors in the rats with diabetic retinopathy.Methods： Diabetic rat models were induced by caudal vein injection of 4.5% streptozotocin.Diabetic rats were randomly divided into diabetic group,calcium dobesilate group,Ziyin Huoxue group.6 weeks after treatments,blood samples were obtained from the caudal vein in each groups,serums were collected after centrifugation.Then,the interleukin 6（IL-6）,tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and C reactive protein（CRP） levels in serum were measured.Results： After treatments,the IL-6,TNF-α,CRP were significantly increased in diabetic rats（P0.05）.In the Ziyin Huoxue groups,the IL-6,TNF-α,CRP levels were obviously decreased in the serum,compared to those in the diabetic group（P0.05）.Conclusions： Ziyin Huoxue prescription has a role on the control of serum inflammatory factors in rats with diabetic retinopathy.
