微波消解-ICP-OES法测定浙八味中的21种无机元素 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立测定"浙八味"中21种元素含量的方法。方法:以硝酸为消化液,采用微波消解法消化样品,利用电感耦合等离子光谱法测定各元素的含量。结果:被测样品中的重金属及砷元素含量均未超标,其中白术中的Ca含量达到53 66.75μg/g,玄参的Fe元素含量较高,菊花的Mn、Zn元素相对比较高。该方法的加样回收率在91.22%~99.19%之间,RSD 1.20%~9.8%之间。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于"浙八味"中多元素的同时测定。 Objective:To establish a kind of the Microwave-ICP-OES method for 8 famous medicines in Zhejiang.Methods:The sample was digested with nitric acid by Microwave digestion system,and the amounts of 21 kinds of elements were determined by ICP-OES.Results:The contents of harmful heavy metals and arsenic in the tested sample were not exceeded.The content of Ca in Atractylodes macrocephala Rhizoma was 5366.75 μg/g.The content of Fe was quite high in Scrophulariae Radix.Mn and Zn contents in Chrysanthemum were higher than others.The recoveries were 91.22%~99.19% and the relative standard deviations were 1.20%~9.8%.Conclusions:This method was rapid,simple and accurate and can be used to analyze multi-elements simultaneously in 8 famous medicines in Zhejiang.
