高校学生心理资本研究述评

A Review of the Research into College Students’ Psychological Capital

本文对国内高校学生心理资本的研究进行了历史脉络的梳理,分析了国内高校学生心理资本的研究视角、研究方法及研究结论的应用等内容,提出应将开发与提升大学生心理资本列为高等教育培养目标和教学内容,应高度重视心理资本在培育大学生素质、促进学生就业、促进大学生全面发展等方面的重要作用,并对未来高校心理资本研究的方向和研究重点提出建议。

This paper reviews the major results of the research into college students＇ mental capital, analyzes the perspectives of the research, the research methods, and the application of research findings. The author proposes the following： making the development and promotion of college students＇ psychological capital one of the objectives of higher education; attaching high importance to the significant role of psychological capital in the cultivation of college students＇ literacy, and the promotion of both their employment and their all-round development; and the strengthening of the research into psychological capital in institutions of higher learning.
