摘要 电影《侏罗纪公园》有一个场景:科学家利用凝结在琥珀中史前蚊子体内的恐龙血液提取出恐龙的遗传基因,加以修补、培育繁殖。使已绝迹6500万年的史前庞然大物复生。电影生动地刻画了科学家对从化石中获取遗传物质DNA的渴望。在科学技术突飞猛进的今天,科学家的梦想正在一步步走向现实。 In 2008,a group of Russian anthropologists found a finger bone of an extinct archaic human in Denisova Cave in Altai Mountains.Through population genetic analysis,scientists found that Denisovans are rather different from us and are a sister species of Neanderthals.By comparing the ancient genome with extant human populations, people have found extensive admixture between Denisovans and modern Melanesians and Australia Aborigines.Denisovans,an extinct sister species of modem humans,are slowly coming into our understandings through joint efforts from genomics and archaeology.
