摘要
定量研究了NaHSO3与KIO3氧化还原反应的速率 ,考查了量的减少对反应速率的影响 ,采用线性回归分析进行数据处理 ,其结果与常规实验相比不相上下 .对于碘酸钾来说 ,实验微缩的极限是总体积为 2mL .
The rate of oxido reduction reaction between NaHSO 3 and KIO 3 was studied quantitatively. The influence of the reaction system volume on the reaction rate was also investigated. The experimental data were dealt with line least square method. The results of micro chemical experiments are good agreement with the conventional experiments in a range of volume. The smallest available system value was observed to be 2ml at the constant of NaHSO 3 and change of KIO 3. To get the limit value has significance in the standardization of micro chemical experiment.
