应用Bulked-DNA寻找白菜型油菜核雄性不育基因的RAPD标记

Molecular Marker of Genic Male Sterile Gene in Brassica Campestris Using Bulked Segregated Analysis-RAPD

采用随机扩增多态 DNA(RAPD)标记方法从白菜型油菜核不育两用系中筛选出了一个与白菜型油菜育性基因连锁的 RAPD标记 .该 DNA片段大小约 0 .72 kb,与育性基因之间的遗传连锁距离为 6 .0 8c M,L OD值为 9.10 .

One of the RAPD markers,which was linked with genic male sterile gene in the Brassica Campestris ,was obtained by RAPD technique in the maintain line of Brassica bi utility line.The specific DNA tragment is about 0.72 kb.The heredity linked distance between the marker and the genic male sterile gene is 6.08 cm,Its LOD value is 9.10.
