该研究基于系统理论,在科学界定医疗后送概念的基础上,分析了伤病员医疗后送各环节关键性指标和反映其保障能力的重点要素,构建了医疗后送评估指标体系,确定了量化公式与计算模型,是开展抗震救灾医疗后送模拟与优化的重要依据。

The study was based on the system theory.The key indicators of each link of medical evacuations for the sick and wounded and the key elements that reflect the support capacity were analyzed based on a scientific definition of medical evacuations.Furthermore,the eva-luation index system was constructed and the formulae and calculation model were defined.This paper provides important data for simulation and optimization of medical evacuations.
