特色资源建设逐渐成为高校资源规划的重心,特色专题库开发更是近几年图书馆界关心的热点之一。通过分析上海财经大学图书馆500强企业特色资源建设的数据、服务和用户3方面的运行特色可知,传统业务流程下的资源配置是专题库利用不足、开发乏力的根源所在。结合新时期用户信息环境的变化,在特藏建设与学科化服务互为支撑的指导思想下,上海财经大学图书馆500强企业特色资源可从校园价值、用户需求和信息共享空间找到新的生长点。

The special resource construction is becoming the heart of the university resource plan, the characteristic subject database is the one of hot spots which the library circle has considered in recent years. Through analyzing data, services and users of the characteristic resource construction of the top 500 enterprises in Shanghai University of Finance ＆ Economics Library, it finds that the resource allocation under the traditional business process is the reason of lack of using subject, database, weak exploitation.
