Reform of Harvard Library and Its Enlightenment

面对信息技术的飞速发展与数字资源的快速激增,哈佛大学图书馆开展了自上而下的改革,包括改组机构、协作管理、整合资源、创新服务等。我国高校图书馆可以在结合自身需求和特点的基础上,借鉴哈佛大学图书馆的改革经验,促进自身发展。

Facing the rapid development of the information technology and the fast increasing of digital resources,Harvard Library has carried out the top-down reform,including recognizing institutions,cooperating managements,integrating resources,innovating services,and so on.Based on own needs and characteristics,university libraries in China should learn from experiences of the reform of Harvard Library,in order to promote the development for themselves.
