Practice and Thinking on the Helping Activity of “Library Promoting Reading Room”

近年来,南平市积极探索"大馆带小屋"挂钩帮扶的做法:定期更换图书,提高"农家书屋"利用率;开展多种活动,增强"农家书屋"吸引力;建设数字平台,拓展"农家书屋"覆盖面;盘活资源,增添"农家书屋"新动力;培养人才队伍,推动"农家书屋"专业化。鉴于此,我国的"农村书屋"建设应注重以城带乡,完善共建机制;注重对接需求,完善更新机制;注重创新方式,完善延伸机制;注重强化保障,完善投入机制。

In recent years,Nanping has explored the helping activity of ＂library promoting reading room＂ actively ： replacing books regularly to improve the utilization rate of rural libraries;developing various activities to enhance the attraction of rural libraries;building the digital platform to expand the coverage of rural libraries;invigorating resources to add new power of rural libraries;cultivating talents to promote the specialization of rural libraries.In this way,the construction of rural libraries in our country should pay attention to some aspects,such as rural areas driven by urban areas to perfect the co-construction mechanism;docking demands to improve and update the mechanism;making innovations to improve the extension mechanism;strengthening the security to improve the investment mechanism.
