金东矿业公司铅锌选矿废水处理新工艺研究 被引量:5

New Process of Treating Wastewater from Lead-Zinc Concentrator of Jindong Mining Company

摘要 为更好地解决金东矿业股份有限公司梅仙选矿厂铅锌选矿废水的循环利用问题,在分析原PAM废水处理工艺所存在弊端的基础上,对JCSS废水处理新工艺进行了实验室试验和工业试验,并考察了处理后废水的铅锌浮选效果。结果表明,采用JCSS工艺可以使选矿废水中的CODCr和Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+浓度大大低于回用水要求,处理后废水回用于选矿生产不会影响选矿指标,并且JCSS工艺的运行成本比原PAM工艺低1.484元/t。根据上述试验结果,梅仙选矿厂决定采用JCSS工艺取代原PAM工艺。 In order to better solve the problem of treating and recycling of wastewater from lead-zinc concentrator in Meixian Beneficiation Plant of Fujian Jindong Mining Co.,Ltd.,and based on analyzing the disadvantages of the former PAM wastewater treatment process,laboratory tests and industrial test on the new JCSS process were made.The effect of the recycled wastewater on the lead-zinc flotation was investigated.The results showed that the recycled wastewater treated with JCSS process could make the content of CODCr and Cu2+,Pb2+,Zn2+ greatly lower than the requirement of the reuse water.The recycled wastewater with JCSS process did not affect the index in beneficiation production.Furthermore,the running costs of JCSS process are lower than that of the former PAM about 1.484 yuan/t.According to the test results above,Meixian Beneficiation Plant decides to adopt JCSS process instead of the former PAM process.
