摘要
目前国内外现行绿色建筑评价体系主要涉及规划、建筑设计等方面,而对结构设计方面涉及较少。基于完善绿色建筑评价体系的目标,从延长建筑寿命、节地与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用和节材与材料资源利用5个方面建立了基于灰色聚类法的绿色住宅建筑结构设计评价体系,在实际评价过程中,通过运用灰色聚类法分析计算绿色住宅建筑结构设计评价指标的白化权函数及灰色聚类系数,归纳得到该结构设计方案的聚类系数向量,从而评价其绿色等级,并通过实例验证了该方法的实用性和科学性。
Currently,existing green building assessment system at home and abroad mainly involves planning and architectural design,less involves structural design.Based on the promotion and development of the macro-objectives of green building,a green residential building evaluation system based on grey clustering is built,from the following five perspectives: buildings life extension,land utilization and outdoor environment,energy utilization,conservation and utilization of water resources,material resource utilization.According to the situation of the green residential building structure design,the grey number albino function and Grey Variable clustering coefficiency are computed.The clustering vector of structural design is summarized.At last,its green level is evaluated.A case study is adopted to verify the practicability of the method.
