Study on the Optimizing Method of Bridge and Tunnel Scheme in Sea-crossing Channel Project

跨海通道项目中桥隧方案之争成为近年来的一个热点,桥梁方案与隧道方案孰优孰劣,需要一个客观,全面的论证依据来支撑才能做出合理的决策,探索并建立科学、客观、可行的综合评价指标体系是进行桥隧方案论证比选的关键。依据综合评价指标体系的确立原则,探讨了跨海通道项目综合评价指标体系及评价模型,以厦门东通道跨海项目为例,对桥梁与隧道方案进行评价,通过实证分析,论证该指标体系和该评价方法的可行性,为我国跨海通道项目中桥隧方案优选提供理论基础,有一定的实践意义。

To choose bridge or tunnel scheme in Sea-crossing channel project has become a hot issue in recent years.It needs an objective,and comprehensive argumentation basis to support and make reasonable decisions.So establishing scientific,objective,feasible and comprehensive evaluation index system is very important for choosing the better program between bridge and tunnel scheme.Based on the principle of comprehensive evaluation index system,this paper discusses the established model and evaluation method of sea-crossing channel project comprehensive evaluation index system.At last,taking the eastern sea-crossing channel project in Xiamen as an example,by using the index system with hierarchical analysis method to evaluate bridge and tunnel project,this paper analyses and demonstrates the feasibility of index system and evaluated method.It also offers a theoretical basis for the optimizing method of bridge and tunnel scheme,which has certain practical significance.
