项目挣值管理风险控制的激励方法研究

Research on Stimulation Methods in Risk Control for Project Earned Value Management

挣值法是一种广泛应用的项目成本与进度的集成控制方法,兼具计划和事后评价控制功能,但在应用中未考虑质量等其他控制要素影响,很容易因过分追求数量和进度而陷入轻质量的误区。针对上述问题在挣值法研究中引入"香蕉图"建立了进度—质量风险控制区间,并通过在挣值管理中引入能实现"事前激励"的引导模型,较好规避了由于进度、费用绩效的过度执行带来的关联性质量风险,并通过实际算例说明了实施过程及改进效果,为改进后的挣值法在项目管理中的应用提供了借鉴。

Earned value method as a widely used integrated method for cost and schedule control has functions of plan and post-evaluation and control,but does not consider the quality and other control elements of impact.It is easy because of the excessive pursuit of quantity and schedule but neglects quality.In order to solve above problem,this paper founds a schedule and quality risk control interval in earned value method in a Banana diagram.And then it proposes an incentive model in Earned Value Management for prior incentives.It will be better to avoid due to the quality risk as a result of excessive pursuit of performance of cost and schedule.
