摘要
近年来,中国对外承包行业取得了突出的成绩,国际营业额增长迅速,出现了一批跻身国际同行业前列的大型国际化企业。但这些企业在国际化进程中也普遍存在核心竞争力较弱、风险管理能力不强等突出问题。通过对中国水电国际化的探索与经验总结,提出了适合当代中国大型建筑承包商国际化发展的、由国际化战略、国际化策略和国际化组织运营模式等3个层次构成的"中国水电路径";并基于组织能力的视角着重分析了该路径的关键成功因素,包括符合国际经营特点的组织结构、国际化的人力资源队伍、国际业务管理流程机制升级和海外业务风险应对能力。这些经验成果可为中央建筑企业国际化提供借鉴。
In recent years,the Chinese contractors are featured by a rapid turnover increase.Meanwhile,there are quite a few Chinese contractors ranked as top international contractors.However,the internationalization process is hampered by some typical problems,such as weak core competence and risk management abilities.This paper proposes the so-called "Sinohydro Roadmap" by summarizing the internationalization practices of Sinohydro,a large state-owned international contractor.The Sinohydro Roadmap consists of three levels,i.e.strategies,tactics,and organization and operation patterns.Based on the theory of organizational capability,critical success factors(CSFs) of Sinohydro's practices have been identified.Those CSFs include organizational structure which fits into international operation,internationalized human resources,international business management process upgrading,and the abilities of responding and mitigating risks.The experience and practices of Sinohydro can serve as a reference for other Chinese state-owned construction enterprises to improve their internationalization processes.
