摘要
植物花粉管的生长离不开糖和硼,采用含一定量硼酸的不同浓度的蔗糖溶液和含一定量蔗糖的不同浓度的硼酸溶液处理笋瓜花粉,结果表明,适于笋瓜花粉管生长的蔗糖和硼酸的最佳浓度分别为15％和0.2‰。
Sugar and Boron are essential for the growth of plant pollen tube. We treated the winter squash pollen tube separately with sucrose and boric acid solution in diffent concentration that mixed with certain boric acid and sucrose. The results showed that the best concentrations of the sucrose and boric acid for the growth of winter squarsh's pollen tube are 15% and 0.2‰.
