摘要
目的调查结肠镜使用后并清洗消毒结果,为提高内镜灭菌成功率提供参考。方法结肠镜使用之后按2004年版《内镜清洗消毒规范》进行全管道灌流清洗,均经专职工人用酸化水进行灭菌消毒,检测结肠镜镜头、钳道及附件消毒前后病原菌检出结果,应用SPSS10.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果结肠镜消毒前检出主要病原菌包括白色假丝酵母菌、奇异变形菌、铜绿假单胞菌、幽门螺杆菌、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌等,该5种病原菌菌落数镜头分别检出4.5×105、4.1×105、4.0×105、3.6×106、2.4×105 CFU/件,钳道分别检出6.1×105、7.6×107、1.4×107、3.1×107、2.1×106 CFU/件,附件分别检出1.6×105、3.3×106、2.7×106、5.4×106、4.4×106CFU/件;消毒后无病原菌检出。结论结肠镜使用后由专职人员用酸化水消毒内镜,灭菌率较高,为临床检查及治疗提供了时间保障。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the result of cleaning and disinfection of the colonoscopes so as to improve the sterilization rate of endoscopes.METHODS The full-pipeline irrigation cleaning of the colonoscopes was performed according to the'standards for endoscopes cleaning'2004 edition,the sterilization and disinfection was carried out by using the acidified water through the specialists.then the pathogens on thecolonoscope lens,pliers slopes,or attachments were detected before and after the disinfection,and the statistical analysis was performed by using the SPSS10.0 software.RESULTS The Candida albicans,Proteus mirabilis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Helicobacter pylori,and methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus were the predominant species of pathogens isolated before the disinfection of the colonoscopes;the bacterial colony counts of the five species of pathogens on the lens were 4.5×105,4.1×105,4.0×105,3.6×106,and 2.4×105 CFU/piece,respectively;the bacterial colony counts on the pliers slopes were 6.1×105,7.6×107,1.4×107,3.1×107,and 2.1×106 CFU/piece,respectively;the bacterial colony counts on the attachments were 1.6×105,3.3×106,2.7×106,5.4×106,and 4.4×106 CFU/ piece,respectively;no strains of pathogens were detected after the disinfection.CONCLUSION The sterilization rate of the colonoscopes is high by using acidified water through the specialists,which may save time for the clinical examination and treatment.
