摘要 目的综述双相释药系统在临床应用和研究开发上的最新进展及发展前景。方法 以近年来的研究文献为基础,对基于不同释药技术的双相释药系统的特点和研究进展进行综述和分析。结果与结论和单一释药模式相比,双相释药系统在临床应用上有诸多优势,具有巨大的发展潜力和良好的应用前景。 Objective To review the progress in the clinical application, research and development of biphasic or bimodal drug release systems. Methods The characteristics of biphasic drug release systems based on different technologies were reviewed. Results AND Conclusion Compared with single modal drug release systems, biphasic drug release systems have definite advantages and developed rapidly in recent years.
