摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定不同产地苍耳子中9种酚酸类成分的方法。方法 采用Waters UPLC BEHC18色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,PDA检测器,检测波长根据不同成分分别设为220和327 nm。结果 9种酚酸类成分浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好(r>0.999 6);加样回收率为96.99%~99.55%。结论 该方法简便、快捷、重复性好,可用于苍耳子药材的质量控制。
Objective To develop an UPLC method for determination of nine phenolic acid components in Xanthii Fructus from different habitats.Methods The analysis was carried out on BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm, 1.7 μm) column.The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid water in gradient elution mode.The flow rate was 0.25 mL·min-1 and the detect wavelengths were set at 220 and 327 nm for different components.Results The nine phenolic acid components showed good linearity(r〉0.999 6) in the ranges of the tested concentrations,and the average recoveries of the method were between 96.99%-99.55%.Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Xanthii Fructus.
