不同提取工艺所得当归精油对平滑肌作用的比较

Comparative study of ARs extracting from different technology on smooth muscle's contractility

目的:对比乙醚萃取法、超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏提取法等3种提取工艺所得当归精油对平滑肌作用的差异。方法:采用累积加药的方法,观测3种提取工艺所得当归精油对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌与离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩幅度与频率的影响;采用炭末推进法,观察3种当归精油对小鼠小肠运动的影响。结果:3种提取工艺所得的不同体积分数和剂量的当归精油均能明显抑制催产素与乙酰胆碱引起的大鼠子宫与十二指肠平滑肌收缩的幅度与频率;0.1 mL.kg-1与0.2 mL.kg-1剂量的3种当归精油能明显提高小鼠小肠炭末推进率。结论:3种提取工艺所得当归精油对离体痉挛状态的子宫与肠道平滑肌具有明显的抑制作用,对离体正常状态的肠肌具有一定的兴奋作用。

OBJECTIVE To comparatively study the effects of volatile oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis（AR） extracting from different technology（ether extraction,supercritical fluid extraction of CO2 and water vapor distillation） on smooth muscle＇s（SM contractility）.METHODS The ex vivo experiments,rat uterus-SM and duodenum-SM experiments,were carried out to evaluate the effects of three ARs on the contractile extent and contractile frequency and carbon-powder-driving experiment was done to inspect the action on intestine of mice.RESULTS 10-4 mL·mL-1 and 10-3 mL·mL-1 of three ARs could depress the extent and frequency of contraction of uterus-SM and duodenum-SM induced by oxytocin or Ach.0.1 mL·mL-1 and 0.2 mL·mL-1 of three ARs could promote duodenum＇s movements.CONCLUSION Three ARs had obviously depressed effects on the contractile extent and contractile frequency of uterus-SM and duodenum-SM ex vivo,but they had some excitment effects on intestine in vivo.There are no difference in effects between three ARs.
