摘要
目的研究参芪扶正注射液(党参、黄芪)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及RP-HPLC等色谱方法分离参芪扶正注射液的化学成分,通过理化性质及波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从参芪扶正注射液原料药浸膏中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为黄芪皂苷Ⅰ(1)、黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(2)、黄芪皂苷Ⅲ(3)、brachyoside B(4)、异黄芪皂苷Ⅱ(5)、黄芪甲苷(6)、6″-O-乙酰基毛蕊异黄酮7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(7)、异落叶松脂素(8)、红车轴草素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、刺果甘草苷D(10)、丁香脂苷(11)、松柏苷(12)、(3R)-7,2'-二羟基-3',4'-二甲氧基异黄烷(13)、(6aR,11aR)-3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷(14)及丁香酸(15)。结论化合物1~4及7~15为从该注射液中首次分离得到,化合物8和11在党参属和(或)黄芪属植物中为首次报道。
AIM To investigate the chemical constituents of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection(Codonopsis Radix,Astragali Radix).METHODS The concentrate of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection was separated and purified by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC column chromatographies.The structures were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as astragaloside Ⅰ(1),astragaloside Ⅱ(2),astragaloside Ⅲ(3),isoastragaloside Ⅱ(4),brachyoside B(5),astragaloside Ⅳ(6),calycosin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside-6″-O-acetate(7),(+)-isolariciresinol(8),pratensein 7O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),licoagroside D(10),liriodendrin(11),coniferin(12),(3R)-7,2'-dihydroxyl3',4'-dimethoxy-isoflavan(13),(6aR,11aR)-3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxy pterocarpan(14) and syringic acid(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-4 as well as 7-15 are isolated from this injection for the first time.Compounds 8 and 11 are isolated from Codonopsis and / or Astragalus for the first time.
