摘要 介绍了玻璃钢(FRP)管道常用的连接形式及特点,结合FRP/聚氨酯(PUR)保温复合管的结构形式和使用条件,设计了快速接头连接方式,分析了FRP/PUR保温复合管快速接头的受力情况并确定了主要参数。研究表明,快速接头连接方式与常用连接形式相比,具有施工安装快捷、维修方便、密封效果好、可节约温度补偿器费用等优点,且连接质量有保证。设计的快速接头产品可以批量生产,造价成本低。 The normal connection joint forms and characteristics of glass fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) were introduced.Quick- install connection joints which based on construction form of FRP and polyurethane(PUR) thermal insulation pipes were designed, and the force distribution of FRP/PUR thermal insulation pipes was analyzed to determine main parameters. The results demonstrate that the quick-instaU connection joints have advantages on installment speed, convenient maintenance, better insulation effects and saving the cost of thermal compensation costs, etc., the install quality is also guaranteed, which compared with normal connection forms.The design quick-install connection joints can be produced for large lot with low costs.
