摘要 基于变模温技术原理,提出采用高光注塑技术生产具有高光泽度卫浴把手塑料件。为实现把手的高光效果,确定了高温水加热、低温水冷却的变模温方式,提出了高光水路设计方法,构建了双面变模温的随形水路。采用Fluent软件对模型热响应进行模拟分析,验证高光水路结构的合理性。 Based on the principle of variotherm, rapid heating cycle molding was advanced to produce high glossy bathroom shower handle.In order to realize high glossy effect, a rapid heating cycle molding way with water heating and cooling was used, based on which, a new design method for rapid heating cycle waterway was presented to set up a waterway close to handle shape. Then, the thermal analysis models for a handle mould were set up and analyzed by Fluent, whose results were reasonable.
