滚塑成型无线测温装备的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 针对滚塑成型中烘箱内温度很高,无法利用现有的温度测量装备对其实施在线测量的现状,设计了一种可以在高温复杂环境下正常工作的无线测温装备,介绍了其原理及关键部件隔热盒和无线测温系统组成。该装备可以实现在滚塑成型工艺过程中对烘箱内部的温度、模具内外壁的温度和物料的温度变化进行实时监测和无线输送,为控制和调节滚塑成型工艺提供依据。 The oven temperature of rotational molding is high, and it is difficult to use the existing temperature measurement equipment to measure online.Therefore, a wireless temperature measurement equipment which could work normally in high temperature and complex environment was designed, The working principle and key components were introduced. This equipment could realize oven temperature, mould temperature and material temperature monitor online and wireless transmission, which provided necessary reference to control and adjust rotational molding technology.
