摘要
目的:探索NIPALS分析法用于色谱指纹图谱峰匹配的原理及依据。方法:建立由3个组分组成的模拟混合峰1、模拟混合峰2和由1、3这2个组分组成的模拟混合峰3及纯组分1、2的色谱-光谱模型并按原理进行色谱峰匹配,验证方法的可行性。将该方法用于牻牛儿酮标准品、温莪术、川莪术、贵莪术、温郁金及片姜黄挥发油的色谱峰匹配。结果:混合峰1中的3个组分与混合峰2中的三个组分色谱峰匹配,纯组分1、2与混合峰1中的组分1、2匹配,而纯组分2与混合峰3间无匹配峰,说明原理正确、方法可行。采用该方法用于牻牛儿酮标准品、温莪术、川莪术、贵莪术、温郁金及片姜黄挥发油色谱指纹图谱峰匹配,5个色谱峰为共有峰,其中温莪术的7号峰、川莪术16号峰、贵莪术11号峰、温郁金11号及片姜黄11号峰为牻牛儿酮色谱峰。结论:采用NIPALS分析法可以迅速、准确地进行不同指纹图谱间色谱峰的匹配。
Objective: To investigate the principle and basis about the chromatographic fingerprint peak matching of different rhizoma curcumae oil by NIPALS analysis method.Methods: The chromatography-spectra models of three components were established separately: the analog mixed peak 1,the analog mixed peak 2,the analog mixed peak 3 consisting of component No.1 and component No.3,and two pure components of the No.1and the No.2,and the peaks were matched with those components according to the peak matching principles,and the feasibility of the method was verified.This method was used for the chromatographic fingerprint peak matching of the germacrone standard material,curcuma zedoary,chuanezhu,guiezhu,wenyujin and volatile oil of curcuma wenyujin.Results: The No.1,No.2 and No.3 chromatographic peak generated by three components in the mixed peak 1 were matched with the chromatographic peaks of the three components in the mixed peak 2,the chromatographic peak of two pure components were matched with the No.1 and the No.2 components in the mixed peak 1,but there was no peak matching between the No.2 pure component chromatographic peak and the analog mixed peak 3,the results proved the correctness of theory and feasibility of the method.Using this method,there were totally 5 common peaks obtained in total,among them,the peak No.7 of curcuma zedoary,the peak No.16 of chuanezhu,the peak No.11 of guiezhu,the peak No.11 of wenyujin and the peak No.11 of volatile oil of curcuma wenyujin were the chromatogram peaks of germacrone.Conclusion: The NIPALS analysis method can match the different fingerprint chromatogram peaks well and accurately.
