摘要 药物超敏反应综合征（drug—inducedhypersensitivitysyndrome，DIHS）是一种具有发热，皮疹，淋巴结肿大，多器官受累（主要是肝脏、心肌、肾脏、肺脏），嗜酸性粒细胞增多及异型淋巴细胞增多等血液学异常为特征的严重的全身不良药物反应。发热是最初的表现，其后出现皮疹、内脏损害，且皮疹的严重程度与内脏损害的严重程度不成正比。停止使用原因药物后症状仍迁延为其特征，往往需要1个月以上才能缓解，
