摘要
本文针对高校体育课中出现的统一性和学生个体发展需要的矛盾 ,结合普通高校体育教学具体实际 ,提出并实施了“按层次分班教学”,它符合因材施教和个体发展原则 ,实验证明 ,它不仅能提高学生的身体素质和健身技术 ,而且为培养学生终身体育习惯打下良好的基础 ,亦为当前高校体育教学改革有所启示和借鉴 .
This paper is to propose the principle of “different classes for different sets of students”,which is based on the contraditction between the commom practices in universtiy physical education and the demand for individual students development.The principle proves,by the author's empirical evidences,helpful in making strong constitution for students,in enhancing their body building skills ,and in forming their good life time habits of physical training.As a result,it should be valued and modelled on in the reform of university physical education.
