摘要 建立了大豆中多环芳烃的快速检测方法。采用乙腈-四氢呋喃(1+1)提取大豆中的多环芳烃,并用高效液相色谱-荧光光谱(HPLC-FLD)法测定多环芳烃含量。方法检出限和定量限分别为0.07~0.61μg/kg和0.27~2.04μg/kg,线性范围为2~200μg/kg,回收率在81.7%~96.5%之间,相对标准偏差在2.10%~10.44%之间。 A rapid method for detecting polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soybean was devel- oped. After the soybean was treated with acetonitrile - tetrahydrofuran ( 1 : 1 ) , the PAHs contents were determined by HPLC - FLD. The detection limit and the limit of quantification of the method were 0.07 - 0.61 μg/kg and 0.27 -2.04 μg/kg, respectively. For the twelve PAHs, the method had a good linear range, which was 2 - 200 μg/kg. The recovery rate ranged from 81.7% to 96.5% and the relative standard deviation was in the range of 2.10% - 10.44%.
