摘要
从近期国家对煤化工发展的规模、环保指标、能效和发电机组大型化等要求日趋严格的分析入手,阐述了煤化工与IGCC结合的必要性和优越性。对二者相结合时气化技术与配置、净化技术组合、燃机选择和余热锅炉配置等适配性问题进行了探讨,指出燃机燃烧系统改造、空分整体化策略和全厂控制系统的优化是煤化工与IGCC结合时需重点解决的技术难题,同时分析了现阶段存在的影响煤化工与IGCC结合的政策瓶颈,为业界工作提供参考思路。
The necessity and advantages of the combination of coal chemical industry and IGCC were expounded by analyzing the government's more stringent requirements for the development scale, environmental protection index, energy efficiency and large-scale electrical generator of coal chemical industry. The adaptability problems like gasification technology and configuration, purification process combination, gas turbine selection and HRSG ( Heat Recovery Steam Generator) configuration encountered in the combination of coal chemical industry and IGCC were discussed. The gas turbine burning system transformation, ASU (Air Separation Unit) integration policy and plant control system optimization were considered as the technology challenges. The government policy bottleneck existed in the combination at the present stage was analyzed, providing the reference for the industry.
