摘要
涉海输水管道在国内的应用实例很少,海岛县洞头(温州)陆域引供水工程是国内涉海管道最为复杂艰难的典型案例。结合洞头工程海域段输水管道设计探讨了如下内容:海底输水管道工程特点、弹性敷设理论、管材设计、无损检测设计、防腐设计、阴极保护设计、排气及控制阀设计、海域管道敷管设计及施工、系统水压试验、导航系统设计及海底输水管道系统应注意的问题等。自2009年6月以来39 km主管线建成通水已有四年,一直运行良好,实践证明工程设计是成功的。其设计经验可为相关工程提供技术参考,以提高我国涉海输水管道的技术与设计水平。
While the domestic application example of marine water supply pipeline is rare, the wa- ter diversion project in the island county--Dongtou of Wenzhou is the most complex and difficult case of marine water supply pipeline in China. The following aspects in design of the marine pipeline in Dongtou project were discussed : the engineering characteristics of submarine water supply pipeline, theory of elas- tic laying, pipe material design, non-destructive testing (NDT) design, anti-corrosion design, cathode protection design, exhaust and control valve design, laying design and construction of marine water sup- ply pipeline, system pressure test, navigation system design and the problems needing attention. It has been 4 years since the 39 km long main pipeline completed and started to work in June 2009, and the project has been running well. Practices proved that the design was successful. The pipeline design of the water diversion project in the island county--Dongtou is conducive to providing technical reference for related designs and improving the technical and design levels of marine water supply pipeline in China.
