中心城市区域服务功能研究

Research on Regional Service Functions of Central Cities

以广州为例,结合港澳和珠三角9市的数据,利用服务产品流对中心城市的区域服务功能进行了分析,并针对广州的发展阶段和遇到的问题提出相应的发展建议。研究发现:广州区域服务功能受香港这个国际大都市的影响,未能发挥应有的作用;受限于城市规模及博彩业为主的产业结构,澳门对广州外向功能的影响较弱;广州服务产品输出结构不合理;深圳的崛起正慢慢取代和分流广州在珠三角区域的部分集聚和辐射作用。可以通过与港澳合作互补、构建特色城市服务功能,完善城市软硬环境建设,打造"广州服务"品牌等措施增强广州的区域服务功能,提升服务产品输出能力。

Using indicators of ’outflow of service products’,the paper analyzes the regional comprehensive service functions of Guangzhou.Comparisons were made between Guangzhou and 9 other cities in the Pearl River Delta,including Hong Kong and Macao.In consideration of its reality and characteristics,the paper gave out some countermeasures for enhancing Guangzhou’s regional comprehensive service functions Conclusions： Guangzhou’s service functions are limited to the city itself.Its functions in the Pearl River Delta are relatively weak and are further weakened by Hong Kong.Limited by the city size and the gambling-oriented industrial structure,Macao’s impact on Guangzhou’s outward functions is weak;the structure of Guangzhou’s output of service products is irrational;Shenzhen is gradually replacing and sharing part of Guangzhou’s aggregation and radiation effect in the Pearl River Delta.The regional comprehensive service functions of Guangzhou can be enhanced through cooperating with Hong Kong and Macao,forming typical services function,improving the urban construction of soft and hard environment,building the brand of＂Guangzhou Service＂and other measures.
