摘要
就影响富硒酵母自溶物中硒含量的四个因素 :培养基种类、加硒时间、加入硒浓度以及用浓度梯度法加入硒进行了比较研究。结果表明 :用浓度梯度法加入硒 ,富硒酵母自溶物中硒含量最高 ,即在总硒为 1 5 μg ml浓度下 ,按 1 0、1 2、1 4、1 5、1 6h的时间分别加入 1、2、3、4、5 ( μg ml)的亚硒酸钠 ,得到的富硒酵母自溶物含硒量最高。
The four factors:kinds of culture medium, Se_adding time, Selenium concentration and Se_adding by concentration gradient, which influence the Se content in Seleniumen riched yeast's autolysate, have been studied and compared. The results show using the method of Se_adding by concentration gradient produced the highest Se content in Selenium-enriched yeast's autolysate, i.e., under the conditions of a total concentration of 15μg/ml,Na 2SeO 3 was added by 1μg/ml,2μg/ml,3μg/ml,4μg/ml,5μg/ml respectively, at the times of 10h,12h,14h,15h,16h, the highest Se production was obtained.
