科教兴国的关键是科学技术与经济的结合 ,是科学技术成果向现实生产力的转化。在对我国科技成果转化难的原因进行分析的基础上 ,提出了加速科技成果转化的对策。

The key of rejuvenating China by science and education is combination of science technology and economy, i.e., converting achievements of science and technology into realistic productive forces. The solutions of accelerating the conversion of achievements of science and technology are proposed based on analysis of the reasons for difficult conversion of achievements of science and technology.
