摘要 大采高工作面大型化、重型化设备在回撤巷道施工中存在金属网铺网工序复杂,煤壁与预留小断面回撤巷道贯通时片帮严重,预留小断面回撤巷道受回采超前压力影响严重,采取固安特材料配合柔性网施工回撤巷道工艺,其中柔性网代替传统金属网,施工时整体一次性铺网,利用支架安装的手动绞盘和滑轮将网片悬挂吊起,在割煤后,进行放网、铺钢丝绳、移架等工序,不需大量人员进入机道联网作业,简化联网工序。同时铺网施工前采用固安特材料对预留小断面回撤巷道及工作面煤壁、顶板进行加固,减少煤壁片帮及顶板下沉,确保整体收尾回撤工序安全可靠,铺网施工工期缩短10 d。 It is a complicated procedure to lay out the metal mesh when withdrawing the large scale and heavy equipments in fully mecha- nized high cutting coal mining face.Serious rib occurred when the coal wall and the pre-set small cross section withdraw gateway were cut -through.The pre-set small cross section withdraw gateway was seriously affected by advanced mining pressure.The technique of Guante material combined flexible steel mesh was applied to construct the withdraw gateway. The flexible steel mesh replaced conventional steel mesh.During the construction period, integrated once mesh paving was conducted with a manual winch and a pulley installed in powered support. After the coal cutting operation completed, the mesh releasing, steel cable paving, powered support advancing forward were eonduc- ted.h could simply mesh connection procedure.Before the mesh paving operation conducted,the Guante material was applied to reinforce the pre-set small cross section withdraw gateway,coal mining wall and roof, it could reduce the rib of the coal wall and the roof subsid- ence, the safety and reliability withdraw technique was ensured and the period of the mesh paving operation was reduced by 10 days.
