摘要
利用废轮胎的橡胶粉与造纸生产中的回收浆料制备废轮胎粉/植物纤维复合材料。通过力学测试确定了制备复合材料的配方及植物纤维的浓度,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)分析了废轮胎粉/植物纤维复合材料的相容性。结果表明:当植物纤维的浓度为40%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和扯断伸长率最好,加入2.5份KH550偶联剂时废轮胎粉和植物纤维相容性最好;KH550/废轮胎粉/植物纤维(质量比)为2.5/10/100时,废轮胎粉/植物纤维复合材料的相容性最好,性能最佳。
The used tire powder/plant fiber composite material was prepared by used tire powder filled plant fiber, q-he composite material formula, and plant fiber concentration were determined by testing the mechanical properties. The compatibility of used fire powder/plant fiber composites was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission dectron microscopy (TEM) analysis, The results show that when the concentration of plant fiber is 40%, the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites are best, the compatibility between used tire powder and plant fiber is best with adding coupling agent KH550 0.025% of plant fiber mass. When KH550 / used tire powder/plant fiber mass ratio is 2.5/10/100, the used tire powder / plant fiber composites possess the best compatibility and mechanical properties.
