摘要
利用差热扫描量热计 ( DSC)、红外光谱仪 ( FTIR)、扫描电镜 ( SEM)和力学性能测试等手段研究了 PMMA/PVC二元共混体系的形态结构和性能。结果表明 ,PMMA和 PVC之间存在较强的特殊相互作用力 ,在一定配比范围内为一良好相容体系 ,这与 Fox方程和 Hamada修正方程估算的结果吻合。
The morphological structures and properties of the PMMA/PVC binary blends were studied by DSC, FTIR, SEM and mechanical test. The special interaction forces between PMMA and PVC at the specified blend composes were found, which shows the high possibility to form a kind of good polymer alloy, the results coincide with predictions in terms of the Fox equation and the modified Flory's equation of state theory by Hamada et al.
