摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取进行腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术的40例患者为研究对象，收集术前与术后1个月、3个月性腺激素水平数据资料，以及术前及术后1个月及3个月阴道超声检查结果，与术前进行比较。结果患者术后1个月与术前相比，卵泡刺激素、黄体生成素、卵巢储备功能减退例数及卵泡数差异均有统计学意义（t=4．6866、t=2．1428、χ^2=7．4397、χ^2=2．0227，均P〈0．05）；术后3个月各指标与术前相比，差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0．05）。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对卵巢功能近期有影响，但短时间内可能恢复。
Objective To explore the impact of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on ovarian function. Methods Forty patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were selected as objects. Follicule stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and estradiol （E2 ） were tested and transvaginal ultrasonography was performed before operation, 1 month and 3 months after operation. All the tested values were compared with preoperative ones. Results Comparison between preoperative data and the data 1 month after operation indicated significant differences in FSH, LH, number of cases with diminished ovarian reserve function, and the number of follicles （ t = 4. 6866, t = 2. 1428, χ^2 = 7. 4397, χ^2 = 2. 0227, both P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference between the results 3 months later and preoperative ones （ both P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy affects ovarian function in the near future, but it can be rehabilitated in a short period of time.
