广州越秀区2004至2011年婚前医学检查资料分析

Analysis of premarital medical examination data from 2004 to 2011 in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou

目的了解广州市越秀区免费婚前医学检查工作成效，为进一步推进免费婚前医学检查工作的开展提供信息和对策，构筑预防出生缺陷发生的第1道防线。方法对越秀区2004至2011年婚前医学检查资料进行分析。结果2004至2011年越秀区登记结婚199142人，接受婚前医学检查54734人；婚前医学检查人数逐年上升，2011年婚前医学检查人数为15837人，比2004年726人增加了约20倍。婚前医学检查率呈逐年上升的趋势（χ^2=204．466，P〈0．001），2010、2011年比2004年有较大的增幅，从2004年3．35％上升到2011年58．34％。结论通过加强健康教育，积极正确引导自觉婚前医学检查意识，提高婚检对象的依从性是预防遗传性疾病及降低出生缺陷的重要途径。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of free premarital medical examination in Yuexiu District, so as to provide information and strategies for promoting free premarital medical examination and to build the first defense line for prevention of birth defects. Methods The data of premarital medical examination from 2004 to 2011 in Yuexiu District were analyzed. Results From 2004 to 2011, there were 199 142 people for marriage registration in Yuexiu District, while 54 734 people accepted premarital medical examination. The number of people accepting premarital medical examination increased year by year. There were 15 837 people accepting premarital medical examination in 2011, which increased about 20 times compared with the number in 2004 （726）. Premarital medical examination rate increased year by year （χ^2= 204. 466, P 〈 0. 001 ）, and it increased from 3.35% in 2004 to 58.34% in 2011. Conclusion For the prevention of hereditary diseases and birth defects, it is important to improve the awareness and compliance of conscious premarital medical examination by intensive health education.
