基于因子分析的皖江城市带城市投资环境评价与分析

Evaluation and Study on Investment Environment of Wanjiang City Zone Based on Factor Analysis

基于因子分析,构建了评价皖江城市带城市投资环境的指标体系。通过这个指标体系对皖江城市带9个主要城市的投资环境做出评价,并通过聚类分析将其分为A类、B类、C类三个类别;从实际出发,分析了皖江城市带各城市的投资环境的差异、发展所面临的主要瓶颈;最后,坚持"科学发展观",按照"中部地区崛起"的发展战略等指导思想,提出改善投资环境的若干建议。

Based on factor analysis, an index system of the city of Wanjiang City Zone is constructed. Through this index system, evaluations on the investment environment of the nine major cities of Wanjiang City Zone are give, and through the cluster analysis, these cities are divided into class A, B, and C three categories. Based on the reality, the investment environment discrepancy of the nine major cities and the main bottleneck are analyzed. Finally, based on persisting strategic ideologies of ＂Scientific Development View＂ and ＂the Rising of Central Region＂, suggestions on improving the investment environment are put forward.
