国有与非国有经济发展共融性研究——以社会主义基本经济制度激励为视角

The Research on Harmony of State-owned and Non-State-owned Economy——From the Perspective of Basic Socialist Economic System Incentive

社会主义基本经济制度既是改革开放制度演化的产物,也是中国经济发展的基本经验。把中国社会主义基本经济制度条件下国有与非国有经济共生发展的经验,细化成为介质结构的激励架构与经验测度模型,主旨对其国有与非国有经济发展共融性进行实证分析。两者作为基本经济制度发展演化动力的主体,已经出现了不同程度发展共融性的迹象。社会基本经济制度微观变迁的创新主体,是国有与非国有经济发展在在生产力与生产关系良性互动的激励结构作用下形成的,其正在成为市场竞争与合作中的内生变量。

The basic socialist economic system is not only the product of the reform and open policy evolu- tion, but also the basic experiences of the development of Chinese economy. This paper attempts to specify the symbiotic development experience of state - owned and non - state - owned economy under the condition of Chinese socialist basic economic system into a medium structure incentive framework and empirical measure model, thus conducting an empirical analysis of the state -owned and non - state -owned economy development in harmony. The study found that both as the main body of the evolution dynamic to the basic economic system, the state - owned and non - state - owned economy have already displayed certain development harmony signs of different de- grees. The research believed that the innovation main body of the microcosmic changes in the basic social economic system is formed out of the state - owned and non - state - owned economy under the effect of incentive stmcture of the benign interaction between productivity and relations of production, and it is becoming the endogenous variable in the market competition and cooperation.
