亚急性硒中毒对雄性小鼠睾丸能量代谢及抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究亚硒酸钠对小鼠睾丸能量代谢及抗氧化能力的影响,将试验小鼠分为空白对照组(0.00mg/kg体重)、亚硒酸钠低剂量组(0.14mg/kg体重)、中剂量组(0.54mg/kg体重)和高剂量组(2.16mg/kg体重),每天同一时间按以上剂量灌胃,连续30d。分别于染毒10、20d和30d后,处死小鼠,迅速采取睾丸组织,离心,取上清。通过对睾丸能量代谢与抗氧化能力水平的检测,结果显示,染毒后小鼠睾丸乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显降低,且随着染毒剂量的增加呈显著下降趋势;小鼠睾丸细胞丙二醛(MDA)含量明显升高,且随着染毒剂量的增加和时间的延长呈显著升高趋势。结果表明,亚急性硒中毒使小鼠睾丸的能量代谢与抗氧化能力受损,试验结果为进一步研究亚急性硒中毒对小鼠生殖系统的影响提供理论依据。 In order to study the effect of sodium selenite on energy metabolism and oxidation resistance of male mice testis, the experimental mice were divided into four groups: the control group(0.00 mg/kg), low-dose sodium selenite group(0.14 mg/kg), medial-dose sodium selenite group(0.54 mg/kg), high-dose sodium selenite group(2.16 mg/kg). Intragastric administration was performed at a certain time everyday. The mice were executed respectively on day10,day20 and day30 after infection, when the mice were executed,the testicular tissue were collected as soon as possible, the testicular tissue was centrifuged and the supernatant was collected to detect the energy metabolism and oxidation resistance of testicular tissue. The result indicates. LDH and SOD activity of mice testicular tissue decreased markedly after infection,and the activity decreased significantly with the increase;the MDA increased significantly in testis celt in a do.se-and time dependent manner. The result indicates that subacute selenium poisoning can impair the energy me- tabolism and oxidation resistance of male mice testis,this result can contribute to the further study:effects of subacute selenium poisoning on reproductive system in mice.
